Once UPS scans your package, you will receive tracking updates to your email

All shipping instructions must be addressed through UPS

UPS will attempt your delivery a total of three times

UPS takes 3-5 business days for delivery

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or the following states:

Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or Vermont

Due to the nature of our business, products cannot be returned. If your product arrives broken, please call our store at (706) 937-WINE to report the damage.
