How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated by UPS annually and vary based on number of bottles ordered (weight) and delivery zipcode. We do commit to year long rates so they will not increase during the holidays and busier times of the year.

All orders are legally required to be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older.

We use UPS Ground and it typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

We ship in boxes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 & 12.

What if I have special delivery instructions for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to communicate any delivery details to UPS. You would need to reach out to them directly by calling them at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Someone 21+ has to sign for order.

What states can you not ship to?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or the following states: AK, DE, HI, IA, MA, MO, MS, ND, NE, NH, NM, PA, RI, SD, UT, VT

What do I need to know for shipping wine?

Someone 21+ must sign for wine delivery! Once UPS scans your order, you will receive shipping updates to your shipping email address that you provided. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times and after third attempt, the order will be returned to us.

Can you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, no we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

Why is shipping so expensive?

UPS creates the shipping costs. In fact, we did not pass the increase in shipping costs on to the customer in 2024 to help our customers save a little extra money.

All orders are legally required to be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older.

We use UPS Ground and it typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Cost varies on number of bottles ordered (weight) and delivery zipcode.

We ship in boxes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 & 12.

What delivery service do you use?

Our packages are delivered by UPS with ground shipping.

How long will it take to get my delivery?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business day.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

UPS will attempt delivery 3 times. After the third delivery attempt, the order will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for paying shipping again to reship order.

I just placed an order on your website. When will I receive a tracking number?

You will not receive a tracking number until UPS scans your package. Orders placed during the weekend should go out Monday for shipping.

Do you offer discounts for shipping?

We already offer bottle discounts if you purchase 6 bottles or 12 bottles at a time. If you buy 6+ bottles, you will save 5% off each bottle. If you buy 12+ bottles at one time, you will save 15% off each bottle.

For the most efficient shipping cost, the more you order- the better rate you will get. For example: Shipping 6 bottles isn't much more than shipping 3 bottles.

Can I get my Wine Club discount on shipping orders?

Yes! A perk of being a member of Wine Club is that you save on every bottle you purchase from us including online orders. You can call us at 706.937.9463 or place your shipping order online if you set up a username and password  linked to your Wine Club account. Wine Club members get 10-20% off bottles in-store and online.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

No, we only offer Ground Shipping.

Can I have my wine order delivered at a certain day/time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a certain delivery day or time. We use ground shipping and it usually takes 3-5 business days. We are unable to relay any information to UPS about your delivery.

Do you only ship wine?

Yes, we only ship wine, wine gift baskets and add ons. If you order Add Ons such as slushy mixes, they must accompany a wine order. We do not ship Add Ons without a wine order.

Why are there some states you cannot ship to?

Each state has different alcohol laws. Some states do not allow outside alcohol sales unfortunately. We are actively working on adding more states that we can ship to!

I do not want to pay shipping, is there a store near me that carry your wines?

Our wines are available throughout Georgia and SE Tennessee at this time. Search our Store Locator here for more information.

If you live in GA or South East TN and would like your local grocery or liquor store to carry our wines, please ask the manager and refer them to our website!

Can I return or exchange a wine order?

Due to the nature of our business, products cannot be returned. If your product arrives broken, please call our store at (706) 937-WINE to report the damage.
